ORDER MANAGEMENT

• As soon as we receive the technical information, including descriptions and drawings, we start working on preparing samples.
   
• Upon receipt of the formal order, our highly experienced customer representatives contact the appropriate supplier(s) and communicate our customers' orders in the supplier's native language, we then explain the instructions in detail and work very closely with them to achieve the final product of the quality specified from the outset.
   
• We are proud to be involved in every stage of production: size sets, materials and accessories, sales samples and photos.
   
• We closely follow and manage the process to ensure that the product's general appearance, dimensions, types, colors, labeling and packaging are completed according to our customer's instructions.
   
• We are fully responsible for production supervision until the shipment stage.
